"My husband and I are both born and raised Spokane natives. We raised our three children by the lake, spent winters on the local ski hills, and now we're living our best empty-nester life — ebiking the Centennial Trail and discovering new happy hours."

I challenge anyone to know Spokane and North Idaho better than I do. I've lived in multiple neighborhoods, worked in four of the region's school districts, and watched this area transform from a hidden gem into one of the most exciting markets in the Pacific Northwest.

My passion is helping others make their dreams, goals, and visions come to life through the real estate journey. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating from California, or selling to move up — I bring local expertise, genuine care, and a little fun to every transaction.

FAQ

Questions people
moving here always ask

Honest answers from someone who's lived here her whole life.

Is Spokane Valley a good place to live?
I'm biased — I've lived here my whole life. But I'd tell you honestly if it wasn't great. Spokane Valley offers a rare combination: affordable luxury homes, top-rated schools, genuine community, mountain access, and four real seasons. It's consistently one of Washington's fastest-growing cities because people move here and they stay.
How does Liberty Lake compare to Spokane Valley?
Think of Spokane Valley as the hometown with more space and newer builds — great for families and value hunters. Liberty Lake is the upscale resort-feel suburb: master-planned, lakefront, higher price points, and very close to Idaho. Both are exceptional. I help buyers figure out which fits their lifestyle and budget.
What are winters really like in Eastern Washington?
Real winters — and I mean that as a compliment. We get snow, which means Mt. Spokane is 45 minutes away and ski season is actually ski season. Summers are warm, sunny, and dry — most California transplants are shocked at how much they love them. Four genuine seasons is one of the best things about living here.
Does Washington State have an income tax?
Washington has no state income tax — a major advantage over California's top rate of 13.3%. There have been changes to capital gains taxation in Washington, so I always recommend talking to a qualified tax professional. But for most buyers coming from California, the difference is very significant.
How close is Spokane to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho?
About 30 minutes from downtown Spokane, and only 15–20 minutes from Liberty Lake. Lake Coeur d'Alene is genuinely one of the most beautiful lakes in the country — and it becomes part of your regular life when you live here, not a vacation destination.
Can I work with you remotely if I'm not in Spokane yet?
Absolutely — I do it all the time. Video tours, detailed neighborhood walkthroughs, honest assessments of every property. I make sure you feel confident whether you're here in person or still planning your move from across the country.
